A moment of horror

As soon as the horror met my eyes I felt my stomach drop.
A rush of futility washed over me.
Alone, I contemplated my options knowing there were few
The walls were tight around me.
Although there was light, it suddenly didn’t seem enough as I re-examined the horror.
A small sigh escaped as my shoulders dropped.
With humiliation and defeat I cleared my throat
“Excuse me, could you please pass me some toilet paper… This stall appears to be out”
